- When any client need a laptop or any device, Team leader supposed to open up a ticket.
- IT Support than connect with team leader to find out client situation (purchase ability of client, purpose to use laptop, any behavior that can break device etc)
- Depending all of the about situations IT Support will take decision with help of Coordinator or Director to assign device to client.
