1. Click on Start Button 
  2. Type "Devices and Printer"
  3. Select the KM printer that you are using
  4. Right click and select Printing preferences
  5. Go to second tab Basic and select "Secure Pin"
  6. Click on "User Settings"  
  7. Type your initial as Document ID ( if John Doe  jd)
  8. Any 4 digit that you can remember as password and click on OK  
  9. Click "Apply" and "OK"
